Bone Inlays with mother of pearl are a masterpiece. I wanted to try almost free handed one and did stick with what i know and also my very own simple design : ) .
Happy Monday!! I would like to share my powder room mini update with you today. I made some subtle changes to the layout . The color scheme is blue,white,silver and one or two bursting color objects,to bring everything together. You can read before story here and here.
My to go places for home decor are homegoods,marshalls and ross stores. They have pretty stuff for very little price. Found this shell hook at Marshalls. They also carry in conch,starfish. Like the idea of hanging next to the mirror . Since there is also a towel bar on the other side of the wall for the kids to pull the hand towel, this will be in place(i guess,haha).
Stainless steels are every where from kitchen counter tops to wrist watches. I like the sleek and clean look of it. In a home decor, if you have a mix of everything it will give be interesting and add character.
I have no idea why orchids(faux) have black or dark green base. To me Let the colors of orchid be anything but the base should always be in a lighter color. I have two orchids with black base , i know, i can’t return it to store as they are couple of years old now : ).
Spring brings many joys along with it, one of them is Gardening : ). Always excited to see new buds and plant some more. It gives a chance to at least try gardening for once. My love for gardening also from this post. This might be the millionth garden post out here in the blog world, but i would like to share some of mine : ).
In our garden,we have a variety of all : ). I love annuals like geranium, ranunculus ,begonias and impatiens. Roses,hydrangeas, azaleas,peonies,lilacs will also show it off their beau in the spring & Summer seasons.
